Overview

Welcome to our beautiful waterfront property, open for guests from March 25th to November 1st. We have a minimum stay of 2 nights, so you can fully enjoy our tranquil location. Our cottage is perfect for a small family or a couple and comes with a full kitchen, dining table, queen-size bed, and a pull-out coach. Enjoy the scenic views from the attached deck, located just steps away from the water. Please call our host, Elicia, upon your arrival.

Pets are allowed in this cottage, please review our pet policy. 
Linens and towels are provided.
We use well water, which is safe for cooking but we recommend bringing your own drinking water.

All guests are welcome to enjoy our common grounds, which include 2 small gazebos with a TV, and microwave. There is also an open fire pit for roasting marshmallows, piers for fishing and crabbing, a playground for children, and a hammock for both kids and adults. 
In case you forget your crabbing supplies, we have steamers available in our work shed. We also sell chicken necks and can bait your trout line with a 24-hour notice. Upon your return with the day's catch, you can use our steam pots to prepare a delicious meal.

Relax in our waterfront chairs and take in the beautiful scenery and water views. We always interact with our guests and do our best to accommodate their needs. If you're interested in some fresh seafood, we can provide you with the contact information of local fisherman who can deliver crabs right to our property.

For those interested in shopping, St. Michael's town is just 4 miles away and offers a variety of antique shops, as well as stores with new and old items. You can also visit the community pool with poolside chairs and lounge chairs available for a small fee.

We are conveniently located just 4 miles from town, and Uber and Lyft services are available in the area.

Please note that we do offer boat rentals at an additional cost. Our rates are $175 per day for a 14' boat with a motor, $875 for a week, and $90 for a half day. If you prefer a 14' boat without a motor, the rates are $40 per day, $200 for a week, and $25 for a half day. We also have a 16' boat without a motor available for $250 for a full 24 hours.

Please take good care of our boats and cottages during your stay. Any damage or excessive cleaning needed may result in an additional fee. There is a 10% tax on your bill; 6% is collected by Airbnb and the remaining 4% will be collected upon arrival as the County Room Tax.

Check-in on the property is from 3pm to 9pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. We kindly ask that you adhere to these check-in and check-out times. My wife and i stayed for a long weekend at the waterside cottage #5 and enjoyed every bit of it. Great views of nature off the pier in a calm and peaceful setting. Just a short drive to the heart of St. Michaels and Tilghman Island. Delicious food and lots of little shops to check out. Elicia is a great host and very friendly. Overall a wonderful vacation.

Pure peace on the Chesapeake! This waterfront gem on the Chesapeake Bay was a true gift. Gentle waves, stunning bay views, and a warm, welcoming cottage made our stay unforgettable. We had a truly wonderful stay! We’re a family of four and stayed in Cottage #5, which was perfectly located right by the waterfront—such a peaceful and beautiful setting. There was so much for all of us to enjoy. We spent our days fishing, canoeing, and letting the kids run around and play freely. In the evenings, we loved lighting a fire and relaxing together. We also explored the surrounding area, enjoyed some great local restaurants, and made the most of the BBQ setup. The property itself was quiet yet full of things to do, making it ideal for a family getaway. The cottage was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and always available whenever I reached out. It really made a difference knowing we had such attentive support. Overall, it was a great family vacation, and we would absolutely love to come back again!

Great spot right next to the water! First time to St. Michael’s area and we will be back. Throughly enjoyed the water access, the dock, the quiet neighborhood and being a few minutes from downtown. We will be back!

Alex, the host was very friendly & hospitable. The location was perfect & only 8 minutes away from downtown St. Michaels. St. Michaels offers many distillery, brewery & winery options. It’s a charming small town vibe. The cabin was literally steps away from the water. I sat outside for hours on the deck. Amazing waterfront views and peaceful. The cabin could use a little tlc but it was still comfortable. I would definitely return here.

We stayed in cabin 5 right on the water and it was beautiful! The cabin itself was neat and clean and very homey and comfortable. The porch overlooking the cove was wonderful. Also 2 piers to sit on was nice! We enjoyed taking the kayaks out! The host were very helpful and responsive and very nice! Even with 4 other cottages on the property it was peaceful and serene and we got much needed relaxation and rest. We had a great time exploring st Michael’s as well. We had a wonderful time.

Alex and Jaimie were friendly and helpful. They respect their guests privacy but are always responsive and proactive with communication. The cottage was exactly how it was described. It was very clean and the view was Amazing. They offered us kayaks, paddle boards, and provided everything needed in the kitchen. The shower was excellent- hot water and good water pressure. We would love to return!
